El trabajo investiga la asociación entre variables que componen el Clima Escolar y la conducta de bullying en los roles de víctima y agresor. Se administró la Escala de Bullying y el Cuestionario de clima escolar a 3500 estudiantes de ambos sexos entre 11 y 20 años escolarizados en el nivel medio de la ciudad de córdoba. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo e inferencial de corte transversal. Los resultados arrojan que el Clima Escolar se presenta con tendencia a ser negativo. En el rol de víctima, un 17% de los alumnos han sido más de 3 veces acosado; para el rol de agresor, el 16% señala haber participado más de 3 oportunidades en situaciones de acoso. Se comprueba la existencia de asociación entre los componentes del clima escolar con el rol de víctima; a mayor percepción de los alumnos de un clima escolar negativo mayor exposición a sufrir como víctimas del acoso. Existe asociación entre el rol de agresor y los componentes del clima escolar, debido a actitudes de indiferencia, autoritarismo, desvalorización por parte del docente, que interfiere en la comunicación y relación derivando la violencia como expresión. Estos datos dan luz para elaborar proyectos de prevención frente al bullying. The Bullying Scale and the School Climate Questionnaire were administered to 3,500 students of both sexes between 11 and 20 years of age in the middle level of the city of Córdoba. A descriptive and inferential cross-sectional study was carried out.The results show that the school climate presents a tendency to be negative. In the role of victim, 17% of students have been harassed more than 3 times; for the role of aggressor,16% report having participated more than 3 opportunities in situations of harassment. The existence of association between the components of the school climate with the role of victim is verified; a greater perception of the students of a negative school climate greater exposure to suffer as victims of bullying. There is an association between the role of aggressor and the components of the school climate, due to attitudes of indifference,authoritarianism,devaluation by the teacher,which interferes with communication and relationship, deriving violence as an expression.
