La transgresión normativa genera malestar en los pasajeros y dinámicas que empobrecen la calidad de vida de las personas. El malestar por la transgresión se asocia con conductas desconsideradas que perjudican los derechos o la libertad de otros pasajeros, o ponen en riesgo la salud física o psíquica del resto de los viajeros. Esto se traduce en emociones como el enojo, la angustia, entre otras. El objetivo de este estudio es indagar en qué medida el malestar por el incumplimiento de normas de convivencia y seguridad del subterráneo de Buenos Aires (Argentina) está influenciado por la vivencia de problemas en el servicio, por la aglomeración de las personas, por la percepción de transgresión y por actividad durante el viaje. Para ello, se tomó un cuestionario auto-administrado. Participaron 407 pasajeros del subterráneo (Medad= 37.24, DE=13.70; Género masculino= 40.8%, Género femenino= 59.2%) .Los resultados indican que el malestar por el incumplimiento de normas sólo se ve influido por la percepción de transgresión, mientras que no influyen la aglomeración, la percepción de problemas durante el viaje (demoras o suciedad) o el realizar una actividad en el viaje. En la presentación se discutirán los resultados y las posibles explicaciones. Palabras clave Actividades - Aglomeración - Malestar - Normas - Subterráneo ABSTRACT A STUDY ON THE VARIABLES THAT INFLUENCE THE DISCOMFORT GENERATED BY THE NORMATIVE TRANSGRESSION Normative transgression generates discomfort in the passengers and dynamics that impoverish the quality of life of the people. Discomfort due to transgression is associated with inconsiderate behaviors that harm the rights or freedom of other passengers, or put at risk the physical or mental health of other travelers. This translates into emotions such as anger, anguish, among others. The objective of this study is to investigate to what extent the discomfort for the breach of rules of coexistence and security of the subway of Buenos Aires (Argentina) is influenced by the experience of problems in the service, by the agglomeration of the people, by the perception of transgression and activity during the trip. For this, a self-administered questionnaire was applied. 407 subway passengers had participated (Mage = 37.24, SD = 13.70, Male gender = 40.8%, Female gender = 59.2%). The results indicate that discomfort due to noncompliance with regulations is only influenced by the perception of transgression, while the agglomeration, the perception of problems during the trip (delays or dirtiness) or the carrying out of an activity on the trip do not influence.
