El presente artículo tiene como propósito analizar los ejes significativos del proceso de tratamiento y las transformaciones en las modalidades de simbolización de un paciente púber, que asiste al grupo de tratamiento del Servicio de Psicopedagogía Clínica, del Programa de la Facultad de Psicología, UBA. Dentro del Servicio de Psicopedagogía Clínica recibimos niños con problemas en el aprendizaje que presentan fuertes restricciones e inhibiciones en los procesos de simbolización. Se realizan psicodiagnósticos individuales con el objetivo de conocer la modalidad de producción simbólica y los compromisos en los aspectos subjetivos e histórico-libidinales en los cuales se sustenta la problemática particular de cada niño. El encuadre del tratamiento es grupal y a su vez funciona un espacio de reflexión para los adultos a cargo de los pacientes. Focalizaremos en distintos momentos del tratamiento de un paciente y en el trabajo interdisciplinario para favorecer transformaciones subjetivas. Plantearemos la modalidades de transmisión parental que impactan en los proceso de exogamia al campo social del púber, favorecedores de la construcción de lazos sociales. Palabras clave Tratamiento psicopedagogico - Abordaje interdisciplinario - Difi- cultades de aprendizaje ABSTRACT PSYCHOPEDAGOGICAL TREATMENT: INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH The purpose of this article is to analyze the significant axes of the treatment process and the transformations in the symbolization modalities of a pubertal patient, who attends the treatment group of the Clinical Psychopedagogy Service, of the Program of the Psychology Faculty, UBA. Within the Service of Clinical Psychopedagogy we receive children with learning problems that present strong restrictions and inhibitions in the processes of symbolization. Individual psychodiagnostics are carried out with the objective of knowing the modality of symbolic production and the commitments in the subjective and historicallibidinal aspects in which the particular problem of each child is sustained. The framing of the treatment is group and in turn it works a reflection space for the adults in charge of the patients. We will focus in different moments of the treatment of a patient and in the interdisciplinary work to favor subjective transformations. We will discuss the modalities of parental transmission that impact the process of exogamy in the social field of the public, favoring the construction of social ties.
