En este trabajo, constituirá nuestro objetivo la realización de una articulación teórico-clínica de las nociones de acting out y pasaje al acto, según el modo en que las mismas son elaboradas por J. Lacan (1962-1963), haciendo especial referencia al trípode demanda, deseo y Otro, el cual, al permitir un abordaje de tales nociones en clave transferencial, deviene una herramienta de fecundidad clínica. Instrumento para ello será la aproximación sistemática realizada por P. D. Muñoz (2009), cuyo enfoque permite abordar la simultánea comunidad y distinción estructural de tales fenómenos en la clínica. A tal fin, por ende, procederemos a la articulación de los mencionados desarrollos en el análisis de una viñeta clínica, la cual nos permitirá ilustrar la dimensión práxica de las elaboraciones mencionadas, así como su operatividad en la clínica psicoanalítica. Palabras clave Acting out - Pasaje al acto - Estructura - Transferencia ABSTRACT CLINICAL OPERATIVITY OF THE STRUCTURAL COMMUNITY AND DISTINCTION BETWEEN ACTING OUT AND PASSAGE TO THE ACT It will be the objective of this work the development of a theoretical-clinical articulation of the notions of acting out and passage to the act, according to the mode in which they are elaborated by J. Lacan (1962-1963), making special reference to the conceptual tripod given by demand, desire and Other, which, due to the fact that it makes possible an approach of such notions in transferencial terms, becomes a tool of clinical relevance. An instrument towards it will be the systematic approach set by P. D. Muñoz (2009), which enables us to conceive the simultaneous structural community and distinction between such clinical phenomena. To such aim, thus, we proceed to articulate the mentioned developments in the analysis of a clinical excerpt, which will allow us to further illustrate the praxical dimension of the latter elaborations, as well as its operativity in the psychoanalytic clinic.
