En el presente trabajo se desarrollarán algunas preguntas que surgen en el campo del quehacer psicoanalítico respecto de las nuevas técnicas de reproducción humana asistida. Se tomará como referencia aspectos de la investigación llevado a cabo por el grupo de investigación UBACyT (2016/2019 “Las competencias del psicólogo en el ámbito de las tecnologías de reproducción humana asistida”). Se presentarán los problemas que incumben a los desarrollos científicos de estas técnicas en el área de la medicina y la biología, las legislaciones vigentes, y se incluirán ejemplos clínicos en el área de la terapia psicoanalítica. Hoy en día hay modos diversos de acceder a la parentalidad. La cuestión es saber si esos cambios mantienen el núcleo irreductible que nos hace seres de la condición humana, es decir, la posibilidad de “filiar” a una criatura más allá de la configuración de la empresa procreativa. Nos preguntamos si la ciencia está poniendo en riesgo ese núcleo real de la condición humana o si estamos ante una transformación de lo simbólico de la época. Palabras clave Ética - Reproducción - Fertilidad - Familia ABSTRACT ETHICS AND THE NEW TECHNIQUES OF ASSISTED HUMAN REPRODUCTION In this paper will develop some questions that arise in the field of psychoanalytic work regarding the new techniques of Human Reproduction assisted. It will be taken as reference aspects of the research carried out by the research group UBACyT (2016/2019 “The competence of the psychologist in the field of assisted reproduction technologies”). It will present the problems that concern the scientific developments of these techniques in the area of medicine and biology, the laws in force, and will include clinical examples in the area of psychoanalytic therapy. We live in a time with multiple family configurations and different ways of accessing parenting. The question is whether these changes maintain the irreducible nucleus that makes us beings of the human condition, that is, the possibility of “filiation” to a creature beyond the configuration of the procreative enterprise. We wonder whether science is putting at risk that real nucleus of the human condition or whether we are facing a transformation of the symbolic of the time.
