La presente investigación integra un proyecto más amplio que indaga en la memoria colectiva de la guerra de Malvinas, evento sobre el cual existe escasa investigación psicológica empírica. Una posibilidad que ofrece el estudio del contenido de la memoria colectiva es profundizar en los actores de un evento público que recuerdan las personas. En el presente trabajo, siguiendo la línea de investigaciones previas, se distingue entre aquellos actores que ejecutan acciones (primarios activos), reciben acciones (primarios pasivos) o son periféricos en relación a los hechos (secundarios). Al mismo tiempo, distintas variables pueden afectar el contenido de la memoria colectiva, entre ellas las generaciones (recuerdos vividos -sobre hechos sucedidos durante el propio curso vital una vez alcanzada la madurez cognitiva- o distantes) y la ideología política (derecha o izquierda). Se buscó establecer si estos dos factores tienen un efecto en la frecuencia de los actores del recuerdo colectivo. Para ello, 144 participantes respondieron a una tarea de recuerdo libre sobre el evento señalado. Se utilizará la prueba de ji cuadrado para establecer si existen diferencias significativas en los actores recordados (para cada subtipo) en función de los dos factores señalados. Se presentarán los resultados en el Congreso de Investigación. Palabras clave Recuerdo colectivo - Análisis narrativo - Generaciones - Ideología ABSTRACT PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ACTORS IN THE COLLECTIVE MEMORY OF THE MALVINAS WAR The present research is part of a broader project that studies the collective memory of the Malvinas War, an event on which there is scarce empirical psychological research. One possibility that the study of the content of collective memory offers is to delve into the actors of a public event that people remember. In this work, following previous research, a distinction is made between those actors who perform actions (active primary), receive actions (passive primary) or are peripheral in relation to the facts (secondary). At the same time, different variables can affect the content of collective memory, including generations (lived memories -about events that took place during one´s own life course once cognitive maturity is reached- or distant ones) and political ideology (right or left). The purpose was to establish whether these two factors have an effect on the frequency of the actors of collective remembering. With that aim, 144 participants completed a free recall task about the mentioned event. The chi-square test will be used to establish whether there are significant differences in the recalled actors (for each subtype) as a function of the two factors noted.
