En este trabajo se abordarán los conceptos de verdad y ficción propuestos por el psicoanálisis, el discurso jurídico y la teoría literaria. A partir de esas elucubraciones teóricas, se propondrán hipótesis acerca de la elaboración de lo traumático en el Sujeto mediante y la creación literaria. Tomando como ejemplos algunas obras literarias. A través del recorrido teórico psicoanalítico, se abordará, como ritual posible de legitimación de la palabra y reinstauración del orden perdido a la escritura y el sistema literario/editorial. Es desde esta vía que el sujeto podría bosquejar las redes discursivas para la (re)construcción o la recuperación de la trama significante agujereada con el trauma.
