El escrito relata la experiencia de una clínica institucional sostenida en tiempos de pandemia. El trabajo de algunas organizaciones en la reestructuración de sus tareas y la invención de nuevas modalidades de respuesta a la relación entre los objetivos institucionales y las demandas del contexto. A su vez, el impacto que la pandemia tuvo sobre el lazo y la proxemia social con el surgimiento de mayor conductas evitativas y confrontativas. La reflexión crítica sobre los múltiples aspectos señalados reviste valor tanto para las intervenciones en contexto de pandemia como para las realizadas en cualquier otro. Sin embargo, la situación excepcional fruto de la expansión mundial del coronavirus produjo las condiciones necesarias que permitieron la revisión de aspectos profundamente naturalizados. Se encontraron algunas respuestas, se interpelaron sentidos instituidos y se revisó el valor de la tarea y de las significaciones en torno a las que se organizaba, ampliando los márgenes de maniobra al considerar las coordenadas históricas que le dieron origen. Some organizations work have been restructuring their tasks and the invention of new modalities of response to the relationship between institutional objectives and the demands of the context, and the impact that the pandemic had on the bond and social proxemics with the emergence of greater avoidance and confrontational behaviors. The critical reflection on the multiple aspects mentioned is valuable as for interventions in the context of a pandemic and for those carried out in any other. However, the exceptional situation resulting from the global expansion of the coronavirus produced the necessary conditions that allowed the review of deeply naturalized aspects. Those answers were found, those instituted meanings were questioned and the value of the task and the meanings around which it was organized were reviewed, expanding the margins of maneuver when considering the historical coordinates that gave rise to it.
