El siguiente trabajo analiza el caso de un niño de 6 años con problemas en la escritura, en el lazo social y con pánico de quedarse solo. El propósito del mismo es demostrar, desde el marco teórico del psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana, como la Intervención escolar puede funcionar como uno de los Nombres del Padre, como un modo de solución particular a la dificultad de los progenitores de entregar a su hijo al Orden simbólico. Sabemos a partir de la lectura estructuralista del Complejo de Edipo que realiza Lacan que el 1º momento fetichista, en que el niño está lejos de ser sólo el niño porque también es el falo de la madre, es un momento necesario, y sabemos también que la función del padre, es advenir como Ley interdictoria. Lo paradójico de este caso es que este primer momento fetichista, imprescindible para la constitución de la subjetividad del niño, es llevado a cabo fundamentalmente por el padre. Razón por lo cual, este no podrá hacer de Ley, ni tampoco la madre, ya que se adviene a la escena como cómplice del padre. Finalmente se buscará que La Intervención analítica pueda sostener el lugar Tercero, a partir del Dispositivo escolar. We know from the structuralist reading of the Oedipus Complex that makes Lacan over the 1st fetish, in which the child is far from being just a child, because it is also the phallus of the mother, it is necessary that the role of the father becomes as Interdictorian Act.
