En el proyecto que se presenta (U.N.R. Cód.: 1PSI248 acreditado en 6/12) afirmamos que los descubrimientos de S. Freud provenientes de su clínica y las correspondientes elaboraciones teóricas, que no dejaron de marchar unos y otros influyéndose mutuamente, nunca fueron considerados por el autor - en el mismo sentido se expresa en los ´60 J. Lacan- como una tentativa de construcción de una nueva “concepción del universo”, una “Weltanschauung”. Sin embargo, jamás estos autores se desentendieron de su propia época, interrogándose, practicando una reflexión crítica y produciendo pensamientos sobre el real que lo contemporáneo ofrecía, como una necesidad inherente a la clínica misma. Siendo así, aplicando metodología acorde, construcción, interpretación, análisis críticos, y teniendo en cuenta los cambios sociales y culturales que se producen en forma cada vez más sostenida y en constante aceleración, son algunos de nuestros objetivos argumentar intentando responder a los siguientes interrogantes: ¿Qué puede ofrecer un psicoanalista hoy?. ¿Logra abordar con las herramientas que dispone o actualizando las existentes, el malestar, los impasses y los desafíos que la época plantea?. Y además: ¿Le es posible colaborar y en conversación con otras disciplinas argumentar y otorgar un sentido distinguido al real que se presenta en la actualidad?. Palabras Clave Psicoanálisis, Actualidad, Real, Clínica Abstract PRESENTATION OF RESEARCH PROJECT: “PSYCHOANALYSIS NOWADAYS” In this project (U.N.R. Cód.: 1PSI248 accredited on 6/12) we assert that the discoveries made by S. Freud, derived from his clinical practice, and the corresponding theoretical ellaborations -both mutually influenced- were never considered by the author as an attempt to construct a new “conception of the Universe”, a “Weltanschauung”. -same concept as J. Lacan expressed in the 60s-. However, these authours were never disengaged with the reality of their times, questioning themselves, thinking critically and analyzing the reality that their comtemporaneous reality offered, as an inherent need of clinical practice itself.Thus, applying consistent methodology, construction, interpretation, critical analysis, and considering the social and cultural changes that are produced in a more sustained way and in constant acceleration every day, our aim is to argue, trying to answer the following questions: What can a psychoanalyst offer nowadays? Can he approach with the existing tools -or updating them- issues such as the discomfort, the impasses and the challenges presented by these times?. And even more: is it possible to collaborate, and in contact with other disciplines argue and provide a distinctive value to the reality presented nowadays?
