Este proyecto de intervención nace con la necesidad de fortalecer el vínculo afectivo entre las figuras afectivas y el recién nacido prematuro hospitalizado, valorando el impacto que ello produce en el proceso en la subjetividad. Supone un dispositivo de intervención temprana dirigido a las figuras afectivas y durante la hospitalización del niño/a prematuro. Debido a que se identifica en las figuras afecticvas mecanismos de protección que despliegan para tolerar la angustia que les genera esta situación, que es vivida muchas veces como traumática. Para ello se propone habilitar un tiempo y un espacio para la realización de encuentros grupales con propuestas flexibles. El propósito es generar un espacio para acompañar a las figuras afectivas desde la hospitalización del niño/a prematuro y aliviar el estrés emocional que provoca dicha situación en la UCI Neonatal. El objetivo: Beneficiar la salud integral del prematuro en la UCIN y sus referentes a través de la creación de un espacio de comunicación y expresión para las figuras afectivas. Se pretende demostrar que aquellas figuras afectivas que participen obtendrán herramientas para fortalecer el vínculo afectivo. Con esta contribución se pretende demostrar la validez y utilidad de un dispositivo grupal para figuras afectivas en la UCIN.
