El trabajo presenta el desarrollo programático y evaluativo de intervenciones estratégicas vinculadas a las temáticas de la Orientación Vocacional Ocupacional con el propósito de contribuir a revertir el estado de inequidad psicosocial existente. Se investigarácuálessonlasestrategiaseducativas,laboralesypsicosociales más apropiadas para revertir el cuadro de situación observado en las investigaciones precedentes, en las cuales se visualiza el alto grado de inequidad, desorientación y abandono que sufren los jóvenes de los estratos sociales desfavorecidos, que concurren a las escuelas de enseñanza media ubicadas en las zonas objeto de estudio. Los objetivos y transferencias apuntan a promover la acción conjunta de la comunidad educativa y de las instituciones sociales relacionadas con la problemática (campo disciplinario e inter-disciplinario), a través del trabajo en red, que posibilite la articulación escuela - familia - estudio - trabajo -políticas sociales, para el desarrollo y fortalecimiento del proyecto personal - social de los jóvenes que logran egresar del nivel polimodal.
