El desarrollo humano es tarea de todos y en especial del proceso de educación. Pensamos que la educación es un proceso en construcción, en el que se transmiten no sólo conocimientos referidos a determinadas áreas científicas, sino también actitudes, valores y normas. La escuela en tanto institución pública, está sometida y padece los efectos producidos por la crisis social que la atraviesa, e incide tanto en la singularidad de cada uno de los actores como también en el colectivo institucional que conforman. Tales efectos se ponen de manifiesto en problemáticas concretas y observables como la pérdida de valores, la falta de acatamiento a las normas y pautas de convivencia, entre otras y que se ven reflejadas en el aumento de la violencia en todas sus facetas y en todos los actores. Por ello se hace urgente e impostergable indagar los distintos sistemas de relaciones entre los miembros de nuestra comunidad educativa. We think that education it is a process in construction and also transmit not only concepts about particular scientific´s areas, but also attitudes, worths and norms. School as a public institution is dominate and suffer the effects produced for the social crisis that pass through and it is an influence not only in the singularity in each one of the actors, but also in the institutional collective who conform. This results are evident in concretes and notes problems like the lost of worths, the absence of respect for norms and rules of living together, between others, where are evident in the increase of violence in all aspects and actors.
