Este trabajo propone tomar los aportes del psicoanalista inglés Donald Winnicott para pensar una lógica de lo colectivo en la que la segregación no sea su consecuencia necesaria, y que por lo tanto no anide en ella la violencia del exterminio. Para esto, se tomarán dos formulaciones: Por un lado, el espacio transicional -en tanto basamento del agrupamiento humano- siendo propiamente el de la cultura. La razón que mueve al autor a fundar conceptualmente este espacio, es localizar un área en la que se despliegue lo propio del ser humano: la creatividad, en tanto original y espontánea. Este espacio es cualitativamente diferente, en la medida en que el movimiento creativo es tal, por tanto carece de determinación. La constitución de lo transicional, se funda en una articulación paradojal: en tanto es imposible de ser abordado en cualquier realidad que circunscriba un conjunto, es refractario a toda instalación de un atributo positivo que implique movimiento segregativo alguno. Palabras clave Winnicott Psicoanálisis Segregación ABSTRACT PROSPECTS OF A LOGIC OF THE COLLECTIVE NO SEGREGATIVE This paper intends to take the contributions of the english psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott to think a logic of the collective in that segregation isn´t the necessary consequence, and therefore do not nest in it the violence of extermination. For this, two formulations would be taken: On the one hand, the transitional space being the culture itself (as the base of human grouping). The reason that moves the author to found this space´s concep is to locate an area in which the proper deployment of human beings: creativity, in both original and spontaneous. This space is qualitatively different in so far as such a creative movement is, so it lacks of determination. The constitution of the transitional, is based on a paradox: while it is impossible to be tackled in any reality circumscribing a whole, is refractory to any installation of a positive attribute that implies any segregative movement.
