Este breve artículo muestra la incidencia del problema del antisemitismo soviético y del conflicto de Medio Oriente en la psiquiatría comunista argentina, particularmente en la ubicación de José Bleger y José Itzigsohn en la intelectualidad de izquierda. Se analiza tanto el problema del antisemitismo en la Unión Soviética como la participación de la potencia socialista en la Guerra de los Seis Días. El interés es mostrar cómo los conflictos políticos atraviesan el campo disciplinar psi y cómo la ubicación de estos autores dentro del mismo se ve afectada por las discusiones de izquierda y las políticas de la Unión Soviética. Para ello se contempla el itinerario académico y político de ambos autores, sus experiencias en países socialistas y sus posturas específicas en ambos asuntos. Finalmente, se esbozan algunas consideraciones sobre el papel de la política y los valores no epistémicos en la historia de la psicología local. Palabras clave Historia Política Ciencia Valores ABSTRACT THE PROBLEM OF JUDAISM IN ARGENTINIAN COMMUNIST PSYCHIATRY (1956-1967) This brief article shows the impact of the soviet antisemitism problem and the Middle East conflict in Argentinian communist psychiatry, particularly in the position of José Bleger y José Itzigsohn in the leftist intelligentsia. It is analyzed both the problem of antisemitism in the Soviet Union and the involvement of the socialist power in the Six-Day War. The aim is show how the implications of political conflicts in the psychological field and how the position of these authors is affected by leftists disputes and the politics of the Soviet Union. The political and academic path of both authors, their experiences in socialists countries and their specific position to the mentioned issues is taken into account. Finally, some considerations about the place of politics and non-epistemic values are outlined. Key words History Politics Science Values
