Se presenta un avance de la investigación denominada "Proceso identificatorio y efectos de la participación en actividades compartidas en envejecentes de La Plata y Gran La Plata" que se realiza en la Cátedra de Psicología Evolutiva II, Carrera de Psicología, Facultad de Humanidades y Ciencias de la Educación de la UNLP. Se busca dilucidar a) los modelos, representaciones sociales e ideales de envejecimiento; b) como significan los Adultos Mayores su participación en la actividades del PEPAM y c) si surgen construcciones singulares y novedosas en relación al envejecimiento. Se informa acerca de los efectos positivos en la reformulación del proyecto identificatorio y personal de los envejecentes incluidos en esta investigación. Se presentan datos extraídos en el registro de los grupos, a la manera de emergentes , así como algunas conclusiones preliminares. Resumen en Inglés We present an update of the research associated to the project “Identifying process and the effects of the participation in group activities on aging individuals in La Plata and Greater La Plata,” undertaken by the Evolutive Psychology II class, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Humanities and Sciences of Education at the National University of La Plata. We intend to study: (a) the models, social representations, and ideals for aging; (b) how the aging population signify their participation in the activities of the PEPAM; and (c) whether new and special constructions arise in relation with the aging process. We inform about the positive effects over the reformulation of the identificatory and personal project of the aging individuals that are the subjects of the study.
