Este trabajo surge de las problemáticas percibidas por el equipo docente -del que las autoras del trabajo forman parte- del Curso Introductorio 2009 a las Carreras de Psicología de la UNLP. Alumnos caracterizados por cierto interés en conocer la institución, predisposición para la lectura, entusiasmo por comenzar una nueva etapa, y responsabilidad por la elección realizada, constituyen el prototipo del ingresante en el imaginario docente. Sin embargo, la percepción por parte de los docentes de características que difieren de las mencionadas, hace necesaria la reflexión acerca de las características actuales del ingresante, tanto desde el punto de vista pedagógico como subjetivo. El propósito de nuestro estudio es determinar las características del ingresante a las Carreras de Psicología de la UNLP en el año 2009 desde el punto de vista de los docentes, como sujetos a los que la enseñanza está dirigida. La metodología utilizada responde al enfoque cualitativo y la información se recogerá a partir de la observación participante y entrevistas semiestructuradas al equipo docente. La lectura de las entrevistas se realizará a partir de los desarrollos teóricos de Cornelius Castoriadis (1975, 1990, 1999); Ignacio Lewkowicz (1999, 2001, 2004); Ana María Fernández (2007) y Silvia Bleichmar (1999, 2005). A TEACHERS POINT OF VIEW ANALYSIS This paper arises from the problems perceived by the teaching staff of the Introductory Course of the course of study in Psychology (UNLP) in 2009, in which the authors of the paper took part.
