En el presente trabajo se compartirá y reflexionará acerca de la experiencia de las Jornadas virtuales Conocé la Facultad de Odontología que el Dpto. de Orientación Vocacional (DOV) de la UBA implementó en contexto de pandemia. Esta actividad, que anteriormente se realizaba presencialmente, está destinada a ingresantes de la carrera de Odontología. Tiene por objetivo ofrecerles un espacio para que puedan conocer en profundidad la formación y el quehacer ocupacional, así como también la institución donde estudiarán, sus rutinas, sus características, su modalidad de cursada actual y la vida universitaria; es decir, múltiples aspectos que facilitarán su ambientación universitaria y transición a los estudios superiores. El diseño de este dispositivo de orientación universitaria en entornos virtuales posibilitó transformaciones e innovaciones en materia de orientación, respondiendo a las características de las problemáticas actuales. Se capitalizaron las potencialidades de los recursos, espacios y formatos que ofrece el medio digital con la finalidad de abordar de manera inmersiva, transversal, colectiva e hipertextual diversas temáticas propuestas. El análisis de esta experiencia nos permite, por un lado, afirmar que se cumplieron los objetivos destacándose la participación activa de las/os estudiantes. Por otro, anticipar posibles futuros desafíos que permitan continuar potenciando nuestras líneas de acción. Palabras clave Orientación universitaria - Entornos digitales - Orientación voca- cional - Información de carreras ABSTRACT DIGITAL ENVIRONMENTS OF UNIVERSITY ORIENTATION IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC: THE EXPERIENCE OF THE CONFERENCE “MEET THE SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY” This work will share and reflect on the experience of the virtual conference “Meet the School of Dentistry” that the Department of Vocational Guidance (DOV) of the UBA implemented in the context of the pandemic. This activity, which was previously carried out in person, is intended for new students to the Dentistry career. Its objective is to offer them an opportunity to know in depth the training and occupational work their career involves, as well as the institution where they will study, their routines, their characteristics, their current modality of study and university life; that is to say, multiple aspects that will facilitate their university setting and transition to higher studies. The design of this university guidance device in virtual environments enabled transformations and innovations in guidance, responding to the characteristics of current problems. The potentialities of the resources, spaces and formats offered by the digital environment were capitalized in order to address various themes in an immersive, transversal, collective and hipertextual way. On the one hand the analysis of this experience allows us, to affirm that the objectives were achieved, highlighting the active participation of the students.
