A través de la expresión, ya sea en la producción de imágenes del ensueño dirigido de la psicoterapia simbólica o en el lenguaje a partir de las respuestas al Rorschach, se tiene acceso a la unidad estructural de un sujeto. Luego de una revisión bibliográfica se adoptó como marco teórico referencial a autores especialistas en cada área: Ennis, Rorschach, Freud, Ternoy, Delunay, entre otros. Se trabajó con una muestra de seis sujetos con un enfoque cualitativo a quienes se administró un psicodiagnóstico y posteriormente fueron admitidos como pacientes, iniciando el proceso terapéutico con el símbolo imaginativo de “la escalera” en el marco de la Psicoterapia Simbólica. En los diagnosticados como 1) Neurosis, el Rorschach contó con respuestas ricas en adjetivaciones con secuencia lógica y ordenada, contenidos amortiguadores, discurso coherente. El ensueño dirigido mostró cohesión en imágenes, escenificación congruente, coherencia entre imagen y vivencia 2) Psicosis, el Rorschach evidenció detallismo incoherente, contaminación, contenidos perturbadores. El ED reveló inestabilidad de imagen, disparidad de representaciones con secuencias cortas, incoherencia entre imagen y vivencia 3) Trastornos Borderline, el Rorschach expuso respuestas con relativa secuencia ordenada, lenguaje sencillo cargado de contenidos siniestros o perturbadores. El ED apareció con imágenes bizarras, cambiantes o perturbadoras sin consistencia. A qualitative approach was used with a sample of six subjects who were administered a psychodiagnosis and were subsequently admitted as patients, initiating the therapeutic process with the imaginative symbol of “the ladder” within the framework of Symbolic Psychotherapy. In those diagnosed as 1) Neurosis, the Rorschach had responses rich in adjectives with a logical and orderly sequence, buffering content, and coherent speech. The directed reverie showed cohesion in images, congruent staging, coherence between image and experience 2) Psychosis, the Rorschach showed incoherent detail, contamination, disturbing content. The DE revealed image instability, disparity of representations with short sequences, incoherence between image and experience. 3) Borderline disorders, the Rorschach presented responses with a relatively ordered sequence, simple language loaded with sinister or disturbing content.
