Este trabajo se focaliza en el análisis de las transcripciones del discurso de pacientes que se encuentran en las publicaciones psicoanalíticas. En este sentido, se estudia el discurso de los pacientes ya capturado por los psicoanalistas, atendiendo a su estructura narrativa. Se analizarán 93 casos y se considerarán dos factores (género del/de la analista y género del/de la paciente) y su interacción. En relación con los/las analistas, 48 son de género femenino y 45 de género masculino. En cuanto a los/ las pacientes, 43 son de género femenino y 50 de género masculino. Las viñetas clínicas serán analizadas en función de distintas variables dependientes: unidades narrativas (enunciados narrativos de hechos -de acción, afectivos y de pensamientoe intencionales, enunciados contextualizadores y comentarios afectivo-evaluativos, entre otros) y unidades no narrativas. Se realizarán Anovas de un factor para evaluar las diferencias en las proporciones de unidades en función de los dos factores, con un especial interés en la interacción entre el género del/de la analista y el género del/de la paciente. Además, se pretende situar los hallazgos en relación con otros factores relevantes (diagnóstico, escuela psicoanalítica del/de la analista, etc.). Se presentarán los resultados en el Congreso de Investigación. Palabras clave Psicoanálisis - Género - Narrativas - Discurso ABSTRACT GENDER AND ITS IMPACT ON THE NARRATIVE STRUCTURE OF THE TRANSCRIPTION OF PATIENTS´ DISCOURSE This work focuses on the analysis of the transcriptions of the discourse of patients found in psychoanalytic publications. In this respect, it studies the discourse of the patients already captured by the psychoanalyst, considering the narrative structure of the discourse. Ninety-three cases will be analyzed taking into account two factors (gender of the analyst and gender of the patient) and their interaction. When the gender of the analyst is contemplated, the sample consists of a total of 48 female analysts and 45 male analysts. The sample regarding the gender of patients consists of 43 females and 50 males. Clinical vignettes will be analyzed in terms of different dependent variables: narrative units (narrative tellings of facts -action, emotional and thought- and intentional narrative tellings, contextualizing statements, and affective-evaluative remarks, among others) and non-narrative units. One-way Anova´s will be carried out to assess the differences in the proportions of units as a function of both factors, with a special interest in the interaction between analyst´s gender and patient´s gender. An additional aim is to link these findings with those related to other relevant factors (diagnosis, analyst´s psychoanalytic school, etc.). Results will be presented at the Congress of Research.
