El ciberbullying ha tenido un gran incremento en los últimos años con el aumento del uso de redes sociales en los estudiantes. Está problemática afecta a los estudiantes no solo a nivel psicológico sino también educacional y social. De está manera el objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar las herramientas que los docentes que viven en CABA y Provincia de Buenos Aires tienen para identificar el ciberbullying y afrontarlo. Para medir las variables se utilizó un instrumento construido especialmente para el presente estudio, y la muestra consto de 206 maestros y maestras de CABA y GBA. Los resultados indicaron que los docentes conocen que es el ciberbullying, pero pocos de ellos experimentaron una situación de ciberbullying en su recorrido laboral. Además, los modos de accionar propuestos por los docentes fueron: trabajar con temáticas de ciberacoso en clase, hablar con las familias de los involucrados y reaccionar con rapidez y celeridad. Finalmente se concluye que los docentes si tienen conocimiento sobre ciberbullying, ya sea por experiencia o no, pero se destaca la necesidad de capacitaciones, que es la herramienta principal de prevención para la problemática. This problem affects students not only psychologically but also educationally and socially. In this way, the aim of this work is to analyze the tools that teachers who live in CABA and the Province of Buenos Aires have to identify cyberbullying and deal with it. To measure the variables, an instrument specially built for the present study was used, and the sample were 206 teachers from CABA and GBA. The results indicated that teachers know what cyberbullying is, but few of them experienced a cyberbullying situation in their work career. In addition, the modes of action proposed by the teachers were: working with cyberbullying issues in class, talking with the families of those involved, and reacting quickly and quickly.
