El presente escrito tiene la intención de ubicar las coordenadas del acting out y del pasaje al acto propuestas por Lacan en su relación con la angustia y la presencia del objeto a, como resto y como causa de deseo, en un caso clínico de psicosis - entendiendo a la misma como un modo particular de lazo del sujeto al Otro -. El recorte que interesa presentar consta de un paciente, al cual nombro “Elle”, atendido en una Sala de Internación en Salud Mental de un Hospital General.
