El presente trabajo se desprende de un proyecto una investigación en curso, titulado el “Objeto a, fantasma y deseo,” presentada a Secyt (UNC) (2020-2022). Nuestro objetivo es establecer una articulación entre el fenómeno del sueño y el fantasmas considerando la participación del objeto a, a fin de extraer algunas implicancias teóricas y prácticas. ¿Qué diferencias hay entre la imagen del sueño y el imaginario del fantasma? ¿Cuál es el lugar del deseo en el sueño y en el fantasma? ¿Cuáles son las operaciones del psicoanalista en cada uno de estas dimensiones? Para abordar nuestro objetivo, realizamos un análisis bibliográfico, por un lado, exploramos los antecedentes freudianos donde localizamos la relación entre fantasías conscientes y sueños en algunas tesis de Freud sobre estructura del síntoma histérico. Por otro lado, en las elaboraciones de Jacques Lacan encontramos un extenso desarrollo sobre el tema que no es univoco, advertimos que el viraje en sus conceptualizaciones sobre el asunto investigado, queda acentuada por la invención del objeto a como producto de una operación lógica. Según nuestro recorrido podemos decir que si para Freud la vía regía del inconsciente era el sueño, para Lacan, una vía central de la operación del analista recae sobre el fantasma. Our objective is to establish an articulation between the dream and fantasy considering the participation of the object a, in order to extract some theoretical and practical implications. What are the differences between the image of dream and fantasy? What is the place of desire in the dream and in the fantasy? What are the psychoanalyst’s operations in each of these dimensions? To address our objective, we investigated the Freudian background where we located the relationship between conscious fantasies and dreams in some of Freud’s theses on the structure of the hysterical symptom. On the other hand, in the elaborations of Jacques Lacan we find an extensive development on the subject that is not univocal, the change in his conceptualizations on the subject under investigation, is accentuated by the invention of the object a as a product of a logical operation. we can say that if for Freud the path of the unconscious was the dream, for Lacan, a central form of the analyst’s operation falls on the fantasy.
