Siguiendo las enseñanzas de Lacan, es sabido que no puede hablarse de entrada, del tratamiento de las psicosis (Lacan 1955-1956: 11) Es por ello que el presente trabajo intentará dar cuenta de las intervenciones que fueron realizadas con un paciente, atendido por consultorio externo durante un año aproximadamente. Los comienzos del abordaje clínico fueron inciertos en los que respecta al establecimiento de indicadores de estructura; salvo por una referencia a su modalidad discursiva: la presencia de holofrases. Por otra parte, el lugar que me dio en la transferencia caracterizado por cierta vertiente erotómana que también repetía con otros. Al poco tiempo de comenzar su análisis, quedé sujetada a su demanda. La finalización del abordaje clínico incluyó el trabajo con dos de sus familiares directos. ABOUT PSYCHOSIS Regarding the title and following Lacans teaching, it is known that the treatment of psychosis can not be initially stated (Lacan 1995-1996:11). It is because of this, that this paper will try to account the interventions with a patient treated on private practice for almost one year period. The beginnings of clinical approach were uncertain regarding the determination of the structure, except for a reference on the discourse modality: in one hand, the presence of holophrases, and in the second hand, the place I was given in transference, characterized for an erotomaniac inclination that also ocurred with others. Shortly after the beginning of the analysis, I got subjected to their remand; the ending of the clinical treatmet included the work with two of their direct family members.
