Lacan en su “Breve discurso a los psiquiatras” señala la particularidad de la clínica de la psicosis en la relación que el psicótico tiene con el objeto. En el presente trabajo partiremos de la afirmación propuesta en este texto, aquella que indica que “el psicótico tiene el objeto en el bolsillo” para, desde allí, intentar ubicar dicha particularidad en el centro de la dimensión psicopatológica. El modo de relación del sujeto al objeto indica, para Lacan, un criterio diagnóstico. Con este propósito abordaremos una viñeta clínica que nos permitirá desplegar el concepto de objeto y su articulación a la transferencia, a partir de las elaboraciones de los tres registros y la clínica nodal. Desplegaremos, finalmente, las incidencias que, en el tratamiento de las psicosis, presenta este abordaje topológico tanto en la formalización teórica de la experiencia clínica como así también respecto de la dimensión diagnóstica. Palabras clave Psicosis, Objeto, Transferencia, Diagnóstico ABSTRACT THE CLINICAL TYPE TO THE SINGULARITY: THE OBJECT BETWEEN THE PATIENT AND THE ANALYST Lacan in his “brief speech to the psychiatrists” points to the particularity of the clinic of the psychosis in the relationship that the psychotic has with the object. In the present work we depart from the affirmation proposal in this text, one that indicates that “the psychotic has the object in the pocket” for, from there, trying to locate that special feature in the center of the psychopathological dimension. The mode of relation of subject to object indicates, for Lacan, a diagnostic criterion. With this purpose we will board a bullet clinic that will allow us to deploy the concept of object and its link to the transfer from the elaborations of the three records and the nodal clinic. Neccesary, finally, the incident that, in the treatment of psychoses, presents this topological approach both in the theoretical formalization of clinical experience as well as to dimension diagnosed.
