El presente trabajo consiste en un avance de la actual investigación UBACyT: “Diagnósticos en el último período de la obra de Lacan”. A partir de la complejidad que presenta el abordaje del diagnóstico en psicoanálisis, nos centraremos en delimitar la concepción del diagnóstico y la formalización nosológica que ha propuesto Lacan a lo largo de su enseñanza, para delimitar las implicancias que ha tenido la introducción de la teoría de nudos en la nosología y psicopatología propuesta por el autor. Para ello propondremos una revisión del concepto de estructura que permita determinar sus fundamentos y señalar sus límites en la concepción de los problemas actuales de la psicopatología. Nuestro objetivo apuntará a problematizar los diagnósticos denominados “borderlines” ya que creemos que la clínica actual debe ser revisada a la luz de los conceptos que Lacan ha trabajado hacia el final de su enseñanza. Por ello abordaremos las nociones de Uno, vacío, agujero y torbellino con el objetivo de definir la estructura a partir de la física y desde allí articular los conceptos de parlêtre y analista encuerpo. Palabras clave Diagnóstico, Estructura, Agujero, Vacío ABSTRACT THE DIAGNOSIS IN LIGHT OF THE REVISION OF THE CONCEPT OF STRUCTURE This paper is a research advance of UBACyT: “Diagnostics in the last period of Lacan’s work.” From the complexity presents the approach to the diagnosis in psychoanalysis, we will focus on defining the concept of diagnosis and nosological formalization proposed Lacan throughout his teaching, to define the implications that has had the introduction of the theory of knots in nosology and psychopathology proposed by the author. For this propose a revision of the concept of structure to determine its foundations and indicate their limits in the design of the current problems of psychopathology. Our goal will aim to problematize diagnostics called “borderlines” as we believe that the current clinic should be reviewed in the light of the concepts that Lacan has worked towards the end of his teaching. Therefore we will address the notions of One, empty hole and whirl with the aim of defining the structure from the physical and from there to articulate the concepts of parlêtre and encuerpo analyst.
