Resumen
The present reviews the time in which the power of the peasantry shook the foundations on which the oligarchic State of the 20th century had been built on the shores of Lake Titicaca (Peru-Bolivia), and that in such flight they made giants and ostentatious lords of the land who at that time ruled the peruvian highlands and who believed that nothing could make them tremble. However, despite the fall of the elite State in 1968, its lineage, in its different incarnations, still grazes the mountains, swallowing ancestral treasuries. Thus awakening a megastorm in the andes in favor of the powerful. It is there that we incubate a pedagogy of counter-coup with such infliction, at the hands of the peasantry, of an ancient punch that changes the rules of the game.
