Resumen
European countries in the 15th century and the formation of a world history. Today it is reinforced through the growing interconnection and cooperation between scientists, institutions and communities in the generation, dissemination and application of scientific knowledge and the recognition of education as a marketable good. The globalization of higher education offers significant opportunities for the advancement of knowledge and the resolution of global problems, although it also poses important challenges. The internationalization of higher education involves integrating an international, intercultural or global dimension in higher education, balancing particularisms and internationalism. This balance considers cultural particularities and global collaborations, adapting to local contexts while adopting global practices.
