En un trabajo anterior, sostenidos en la lectura del Seminario 20, ubicamos a la sexuación como una operación que afecta al ser hablante de un imposible y la posición sexuada como un tratamiento para ese imposible. Junto con ello, planteamos al falo como “contingente”, “obstáculo” y “aparentemente necesario” en cuanto a la inscripción del goce en el inconciente (cf. San Miguel et al., 2018). En este trabajo, guiados por ese antecedente y la lectura del Seminario 21, intentaremos responder las siguientes preguntas: la caída del padre y sus consecuencias a nivel del falo y el significante amo, ¿son necesariamente un déficit? ¿Es esto propio de nuestra época o es algo que ya Lacan advirtió en su última enseñanza? ¿No es acaso el psicoanálisis una práctica que responde en su fundación a esa caída y sus consecuencias? ¿Qué estatuto darle a la noción de suplencia como invención frente al traumatismo de lalengua? Trabajaremos los efectos de estas cuestiones respecto de la psicopatología, la intervención del analista y la posición hombre-mujer. Palabras clave Falo - Sexuación - Suplencia - Saber ABSTRACT CONTINGENCY OF THE PHALLUS AND ITS EFFECTS IN THE CLINIC In a previous work, with the reading of Lacan’s Seminar 20, we located the sexuation as an operation that affects the speaker being of an impossible and the sexed position as a treatment for that impossible. In conjunction with that, we proposed the phallus as ‘contingent’, ‘obstacle’ and ‘apparently necessary’ with regard to the inscription of the enjoyment in the unconscious (cf. San Miguel et al., 2018). In this work, guided by this antecedent and the reading of Seminar 21, we will try to answer these questions: the fall of the father and its consequences at the level of the phallus and the master signifier, are they necessarily a deficit? is a characteristic of our time or is something that Lacan pointed in his last teaching? Isn’t psychoanalysis a practice that responds to that fall and its consequences with its foundation? What status should have the notion of substitution as an invention before the traumatism of the lalengua? We will work in the effects of these issues regarding psychopathology, the analyst intervention and man-women position. Key words Phallus - Sexuation - Substitution - Knowledge
