El objetivo del artículo es desplegar la pregunta qué significa investigar en psicoanálisis. Para ello tomamos referencia de cuatro fuentes: el seminario Qué significa pensar (1951-1952) de M. Heidegger; la conferencia Las palabras (1981) de J. Cortázar; el ensayo de G.Agamben Infancia e historia. Ensayo sobre la destrucción de la experiencia y el tratado de Epistemología y metodología (1993) de Juan Samaja. Concluimos que: 1. preguntarse qué significa investigar es el signo de que no se está investigando; 2. debe re-interrogarse el sentido de la palabra investigación y ciencia; 3. investigar es una experiencia viva que supone una transmisión, que como tal está sujeta a su destrucción, o no está garantizado que pueda vivir en cualquier condición, 4. investigar es aquello que hace un investigador cuando investiga. (IN PSYCHOANALYSIS) The objective of this paper is to develop the question what does it mean to investigate in psychoanalysis. For this we explore four sources: the seminar What does it mean to think? (1951-1952) of M. Heidegger; The words, a conference (1981) by J. Cortazar; the G. Agamben essay Infancy and History. Essay on the destruction of the experience and the J. Samaja treated Epistemology and Methodology (1993). We conclude that: 1. the question what does it mean to investigate is the sign we are not investigating; 2. we must re-interrogate the meaning of the word science and research; 3. researching is an alive experience which suppose its transmission, which it is not exempt of its destruction, or is not guaranteed that can live in any condition, 4. researching is what make a researcher when he research.
