El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad conocer el estilo de apego en pacientes socialmente vulnerables con diagnótico de trastorno límite de personalidad (TLP) del área de salud mental de Hospitales Públicos de Buenos Aires. El TLP está significativamente asociado al apego ansioso en presencia de traumas no resueltos (Aaronson, 2006; Bakermans-Kranenburg & Van Ijzendoorn, 2009; Barone, 2003; Fonagy, 1996; Westen, 2006) y con estilos de apego desorganizados (Westen, 2006). Por este motivo, la teoría del apego está siendo utilizada cada vez más para investigar e intervenir en trastornos de la personalidad (Aaronson, Bender, Skodol, & Gunderson, 2006; Adshead & Sarkar, 2012; Bakermans - Kranenburg & van Ijzendoorn, 2009). En el mismo se propone un estudio exploratorio, descriptivo, mixto con una muestra intencional a constituirse por 40 personas adultas (de 18 a 65 años) consultantes del área de salud mental de Hospitales Públicos de Buenos Aires. Los mismos, se agruparán en 2 grupos: 1) personas socialmente vulnerables y 2) población general. Se administrará una batería de tests compuesta por: Cuestionario sociodemográfico ad hoc, SCID II, Working Alliance Inventory versión paciente y terapeuta y Escala de apego adulto. A estos fines, se realizará un análisis de los datos pilotos recabados de la Escala de apego adulto y el SCID II. An exploratory, descriptive, mixed study with an intentional sample is proposed to be constituted by 40 adults (from 18 to 65 years old) consultants of the mental health area of ??Public Hospitals of Buenos Aires. They will be divided into 2 groups: 1) socially vulnerable people and 2) general population.A battery of tests will be administered, consisting in: Ad hoc sociodemographic questionnaire, SCID II,Working Alliance Inventory patient and therapist version and Adult attachment scale.
