El consenso acerca de la importancia de identificar los múltiples factores que integran la matriz etiológica del delito conmina a realizar aportes en este sentido. La aspiración de acceder al plano causal es de vital relevancia para diversas unidades de análisis: el sujeto y el colectivo social. Sin pretender reducir la imponente complejidad de la problemática, este trabajo busca identificar variables correlacionales excluidas de criterios diagnósticos actuales y vinculadas con el sujeto que delinque y ensayar hipótesis causales al respecto. Para este fin, se ha trabajado con una muestra de 113 internos reiterantes y/o reincidentes condenados por la comisión de delitos violentos con diagnóstico presuntivo de Trastorno de la Personalidad Antisocial.A partir del focus Group, de entrevistas a informantes clave, realización de psicodiagnósticos y relevamiento de las respectivas historias clínico-criminológicas se pudieron establecer variables correlacionales y se han aproximado algunos trazados hipotéticos. Dada la necesidad de ajustar el modelo teórico a su objeto de estudio y no incurrir en la maniobra inversa, se ofrece un abordaje desde la psiconeuroinmunoendocrinología por ser la más indicada para desplegar la aprehensión desde distintos niveles de análisis que, sin subsumirse, admiten una adecuada integración. Without trying to reduce the imposing complexity of the problem, this work seeks to identify correlational variables excluded from current diagnostic criteria and linked to the subject who commits crimes and rehearse causal hypotheses in this regard. To this end, we have worked with a sample of 113 repeat offenders and / or repeat offenders sentenced for the commission of violent crimes with presumptive diagnosis of Antisocial Personality Disorder. From the focus Group, from interviews with key informants, conducting psychodiagnostics and surveying the respective clinical-criminological histories, correlational variables could be established and some hypothetical tracings have been approximated. Given the need to adjust the theoretical model to its object of study and not incur in the reverse maneuver, an approach is offered from the psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology because it is the most indicated to deploy the apprehension from different levels of analysis that, without subsuming, admit an adequate integration.
