Este trabajo se inscribe en el marco del Proyecto PROINPSI: “Derecho a la identidad: testimonios de nietos apropiados y restituidos ante el anoticiamiento de su filiación falsificada. Cuestiones ético-psicológicas”, en el cual se aborda el impacto subjetivo que tuvo y tiene en los nietos restituidos el conocer que su filiación fue falsificada. Este escrito preliminar se centrará en realizar algunas reflexiones respecto de la importancia del encuentro con el nombre de origen, desde una perspectiva semiótica, filosófica y psicoanalítica. Este breve recorrido intentará, por un lado, dar cuenta de aquellas condiciones discursivas en las que se inscribe el nombre de origen, en tanto herencia familiar. Por el otro, reconocer el acto de exclusión y expulsión que implica para el sujeto la borradura del nombre de origen, mediante la falsificación de la identidad. Por último, desde una lectura psicoanalítica se intentará situar el lugar que la restitución de ese nombre tiene en el sujeto como posible reescritura. Ethical-psychological issues”, which addresses the subjective impact that had and has on the restituted grandchildren the knowleg that their affiliation was falsified. This paper will focus on making some reflections on the importance of the encounter with their birth name, from a semiotic, philosophical and psychoanalytical perspective. This brief journey will try, on the one hand, to account for those discursive conditions in which the birth name is inscribed, as a family, historical, ideological and political inheritance. On the other, recognize the act of exclusion and expulsion that implies in the subject the erasure of the birth name, through the falsification of identity. Finally, from a psychoanalytic reading we will try to locate the value that the restitution of that name has in the subject as possible rewriting.
