Este trabajo se propone presentar algunas articulaciones actuales sobre cuestiones relativas a la ética profesional, investigadas hace más de veinte años, bajo la dirección del Prof. Juan Jorge Michel Fariña (UBACyT, 1992). En aquella ocasión, se analizaron las concepciones éticas de los psicólogos en torno a situaciones dilemáticas relativas a la confidencialidad. A partir de allí se abrió una importante línea de investigación respecto de la articulación entre el campo deontológico-jurídico que regula la práctica y la dimensión subjetiva, referida al padecimiento psíquico del sujeto. El diseño fue retomado en el proyecto Nuevas concepciones en Salud mental: dilemas éticos frente a las recientes modificaciones del marco jurídico e institucional y de los dispositivos de atención. Estudio exploratorio descriptivo a partir de una investigación cuali-cuantitativa” (UBACyT 2014-2017; Dir.: Prof. Salomone). En este proyecto se abordan algunas de aquellas problemáticas, en particular las relativas a los abusos sobre la niñez, para realizar un estudio comparativo en articulación con el nuevo paradigma de protección de derechos.A partir del análisis comparativo de datos cuantitativos se analizan en particular las concepciones éticas de los psicólogos frente a tres temáticas centrales -abuso sexual, violencia familiar y sustitución de identidad-, en articulación con el encuadre normativo que las enmarca. ETHICAL CONCEPTIONS ON THE REGULATORY AND CLINICAL ASPECTS ANALYZED IN A COMPARATIVE STUDY (1996-2017) This paper aims to present some current articulations on issues related to professional ethics, investigated twenty years ago, under the direction of Prof. Juan Jorge Michel Fariña (UBACyT, 1992). On that occasion, the ethical conceptions of psychologists about dilemmatic situations related to confidentiality were analyzed. From there, an important research line was opened regarding the articulation between the deontological-juridical field that regulates the practice and the subjective dimension, referred to the psychic suffering of people. The design was taken up in the project “New conceptions in mental health: ethical dilemmas in the face of recent changes in the legal and institutional framework and in the care mechanisms. Descriptive exploratory study based on qualitative-quantitative research” (UBACyT 2014-2017, Dir: Prof. Salomone). This project addresses some of those problems, particularly those related to child abuse, to conduct a comparative study in coordination with the new paradigm of rights protection. Based on the comparative analysis of quantitative data, the ethical conceptions of psychologists are analyzed in particular regarding three central issues - sexual abuse, family violence and substitution of identity - in articulation with the normative framework that frames them.
