Candela, de 13 años, es derivada a Hospital de Día por presentar alucinaciones, estado depresivo y cortes en sus brazos, que comenzaron luego de la separación de sus padres, momento que consideramos de desencadenamiento de la psicosis. Inicialmente concurre vestida íntegramente de rosa, pero en el transcurso del tratamiento refiere no sentirse cómoda con su cuerpo: desea vestirse como un varón, poder actuar como un varón y que la llamen Valentín, sin cambiar ninguna parte de su cuerpo. A medida que esto es puesto en palabras, los fenómenos elementales desaparecen, algo se anuda: empieza un proceso de construcción de sus identificaciones y del rol masculino, dando lugar también a su orientación sexual. Desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica, nos proponemos dar cuenta del efecto de las “nuevas sexualidades” en un caso de psicosis, considerando la Ley de Identidad de Género como marco regulatorio, y con efectos propios. La pregunta sobre la necesidad de recortar una clínica diferente para pacientes trans, nos remite a la inventiva del Psicoanálisis y la apuesta a la subjetividad. Palabras clave Psicoanálisis - Trans - Psicosis - Anudamientos ABSTRACT FROM CANDELA TO VALENTIN: PSYCHOSIS, NEW SEXUALITIES AND KNOTTING Candela, a thirteen-year-old girl, is referred to Day Hospital since she has hallucinations, suffers from depression and has cuts on her arms. All this started after her parents´ separation, which we consider to be the moment of the psychosis´ unleash. At the beginning of her treatment, she comes dressed entirely in pink, but later on she says she does not feel comfortable with her body: she says she wishes to dress as a man, to behave as a man and to be called Valentin, without changing any part of her body.As all this is put into words, the elementary phenomenon disappears, something is knotted: a process for the construction of her identifications and male role begins, allowing also her sexual orientation. From a psychoanalytic perspective, we want to account for the effects of the new sexualities in a case of psychosis, taking into account the Gender Identity Law as a regulatory framework and with effects itself. The question in relation to the need of distinguish a different clinical psychoanalysis for trans patients, take us to the resourcefulness of psychoanalysis and its wager on subjectivity.
