Este trabajo se realiza como proyecto de Tesina para la Especialización en Psicología Clínica con orientación en psicoanálisis. El mismo se estructura a partir de un material clínico correspondiente a un tratamiento conducido en los Consultorios Externos de Salud Mental de un Hospital Público. Al constituir un escenario en el que se entrecruzan el discurso de la Salud Mental y el Psicoanálisis, interesa destacar la importancia que adquiere la inclusión de la escucha analítica en los dispositivos públicos de salud. El objetivo propuesto será precisar la particularidad del efecto de esa escucha, ubicando esos movimientos en la economía subjetiva del paciente que sustentaron el viraje de una serie de repetitivos actings e internaciones a la aparición de una pregunta por la posición. El trabajo será abordado desde el Psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana como marco teórico. A tal efecto, seguirá las teorizaciones producidas por S. Freud, J. Lacan y otras que se inscriben en esta perspectiva. El interés por formalizar esta experiencia radica en que si bien el Psicoanálisis es una práctica delirante, como expresara Lacan, “es lo mejor de que se dispone actualmente para hacerle tener paciencia a esa incómoda situación de ser hombre. En todo caso, es lo mejor que encontró Freud”. It is structured from a clinical material corresponding to a treatment conducted in the Outpatient Mental Health Clinics of a Public Hospital. By constituting a scenario in which the Discourse of Mental Health and Psychoanalysis are intertwined, it is interesting to highlight the importance that the inclusion of analytical listening in public health devices acquires. The proposed objective will be to specify the particularity of the effect of that listening, locating those movements in the subjective economy of the patient that sustained the turning of a series of successive hospitalizations and actings to the appearance of a question by the position. The work will be approached from Psychoanalysis of Lacanian orientation as a theoretical framework. To this end, he will follow the theories produced by S. Freud, J. Lacan and others who inscribe in this perspective. The interest to formalize this experience is that although Psychoanalysis is a delirious practice, as Lacan expressed, “it is the best that is currently available to make him have patience to that uncomfortable situation of being a man.
