Los fenómenos del cuerpo en la psicosis ocuparon a lo largo del desarrollos de la teoría y su articulación en la clínica psicoanalítica. Freud da inicio con sus categorías de neuropsi cosis, pasando por la distinción de neurosis de transferencia y narcisistas, hasta llegar a la distinción sobre el final de su obra, donde delimita claramente las diferencias estructurales entre psicosis y neurosis. Por su parte Lacan, partiendo de las conceptualizaciones freudianas, producirá un salto con su teoría: una constitución del cuerpo y sus usos diferente tomando sus elaboraciones sobre la relación al lenguaje y la inscripción de la falta. El mismo Lacan, hacia el final de su teoría, utilizará la teoría de los nudos y el Parletre para pensar los amarres y desamarres de los fenómenos de cuerpo en la psicosis, atomizando relativamente la clínica y las estructuras clínicas. En la actualidad, las presentaciones clínicas invitan a la necesidad de repensar las elaboraciones teóricas con las que trabajamos: el cuerpo en psicoanálisis no se reduce al organismo. El cuerpo se trata de una construcción que no remite al ser sino al tener. Desde esta perspectiva, abordaremos los “usos del cuerpo” en la psicosis. Lacan himself, towards the end of his theory, will use the theory of knots and the Parletre to think about the fastening and uncoupling of body phenomena in psychosis, relatively atomizing clinical and clinical structures. At present, the clinical presentations invite the need to rethink the theoretical elaborations with which we work: the body in psychoanalysis is not reduced to the organism.
