Si tenemos en cuenta algunos de los debates actuales de orientación freudo-lacaniana cobra importancia formularse ciertos interrogantes. Nos referimos a los efectos, alcances, límites y condiciones de posibilidad del psicoanálisis en Instituciones asistenciales que ofrecen un tiempo limitado y gratuidad del tratamiento. Se analizarán algunas respuestas que el psicoanálisis ha ofrecido en una extensión de su campo de acción que contempla las demandas sociales. Se trata por otro lado, de considerar los efectos terapéuticos y el significado que estos mismos efectos cobran cuando se trata de Psicoanálisis aplicado. Examinaremos las prácticas surgidas en este campo que se plantean una oferta diferente respetuosa de sus fundamentos teóricos clínicos. A partir de la exégesis de textos nos preguntaremos si ¿el psicoanálisis mantiene sus principios en la práctica que se efectúa en estos centros? O por el contrario, ¿los cambios necesarios que introduce se prestan a objeciones que ningún pragmatismo podría justificar? No se pretende brindar una fórmula de cómo abordar la dirección de un tratamiento en una Institución asistencial. Sin embargo, se intentarán puntualizar algunas ideas que sirvan de referencia para poder pensar el problema de la aplicación de los principios elementales del psicoanálisis en el contexto de las Instituciones asistenciales. On the other hand, we will consider the therapeutic effects and their special meaning when they are achieved on the ground of applied Psychoanalysis.We will examine different praxis aroused in this field, which offer different points of view, respecting the limits of their theoretical clinical bases. Through bibliographical research, a question aroused: Is Psychoanalysis fair to its principles in the practices performed in these centers? Or, on the contrary, the necessary changes introduced are in risk of being objected? We are not aiming to produce a formula of how to choose a direction to install a treatment in these institutions. Nevertheless, we will aim to underline some ideas as a referential background, to be able to think about the problem of the application of elementary principles of Psychoanalysis in the context of Assistencial Institutions.
