Sirviéndonos de algunas propuestas teóricas planteadas por Freud y Lacan, el presente texto tiene como propósito evidenciar lo judicativo en diversos tiempos del duelo. Para tales fines, se tomará inicialmente el texto Duelo y melancolía para puntuar momentos judicativos tales como el veredicto que sentencia la realidad sobre la inexistencia del objeto, la culpa inconsciente por los deseos de muerte en juego y el final del duelo como cesión de lo perdido. Igualmente, siguiendo la comparación freudiana, evidenciarlo a cielo abierto en el delirio de insignificancia en la melancolía, así como en los autorreproches en el duelo patológico. Posteriormente, con Lacan precisaremos la lectura del sujeto en duelo en torno a la falta en el Otro y cómo dicha lectura permite su interpretación como culpa o falta. Finalmente, con las tragedias de Hamlet y Antígona, veremos lo fundamental del juicio del Otro en el duelo, con el genitivo objetivo y subjetivo que el artículo del nos permite. Palabras clave Juicio - Duelo - Reproche - Falta - Culpa ABSTRACT ABOUT THE JUDICATIVE IN THE TIMES OF MOURNING Using some of the theoretical proposals put forward by Freud and Lacan, the purpose of this text is to demonstrate the judicative in different times of mourning. For such purposes, the text Mourning and melancholy will be taken initially to punctuate judgmental moments such as the verdict that sentences reality, the unconscious guilt for the death wishes at plat and the end of mourning as way to give what is lost. Likewise, following the Freudian´s comparison, to show it openly in the delirium of insignificance in melancholy, as well as in self-reproaches in pathological mourning. Later, with Lacan we will need to read the dueling subject about the lack in the Other and how this reading allows its interpretation as guilt or fault. Finally, with the tragedies of Hamlet and Antigone, we will see the fundamental of the judgment of the Other in mourning, with the objective and subjective genitive that the article allows us.
