En este trabajo se presenta algunas consideraciones sobre la noción de trauma. Trauma no es un concepto propio del psicoanálisis, no obstante encuentra en él articulaciones teóricas propias que se distinguen de otras concepciones. Tomaré el valor de la expresión trauma en la literatura psicoanalítica, con la complejidad teóricoclínica que permite pensarla en sus dos acepciones: primera y segunda tópica para mostrar su alcance y diferencias con respecto al uso extensivo y generalizado del término en el ámbito jurídico. Las variables adentro-afuera e interno-externo guiarán la propuesta del presente trabajo. Trauma is not an own concept of the psychoanalysis, nevertheless he finds in him theoretical own joints that differ from other conceptions. I will take the value of the expression trauma in the psychoanalytic literature, with the theoretical - clinical complexity that allows to think it about his two meanings: first and hackneyed second to show his scope and differences with regard to the extensive and widespread use of the term in the juridical area.
