El presente trabajo se propone investigar las relaciones entre la categoría freudiana de juicio, y el concepto de acto. A partir de la definición de juicio que encontramos en Freud, sostenemos que el juzgar se realiza en actos. Nos serviremos del acto sublimatorio para explorar allí la posición judicativa del sujeto que acepta un llamado o invocación para obrar. Realizaremos una distinción conceptual entre la posición que Lacan nombra de indeterminación subjetiva, y aquella otra que designa como destitución subjetiva Este recorrido se enmarca en el Proyecto de Investigación de UBACyT titulado “Variaciones en la posición judicativa del analizante. Estudio de casos en el Servicio de Clínica psicológica de Adultos en Avellaneda”. Uno de los objetivos generales del mismo se propone Identificar las variaciones de la actividad judicativa en el analizante. Nuestro trabajo tomará el testimonio de una artista, para desde allí volver a la experiencia del análisis. Palabras clave Juicio - Acto - Pulsión ABSTRACT THE JUDGMENT AND THE ACT FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PSYCHOANALYSIS The present work intends to investigate the relations between the Freudian category of judgment, and the concept of act.
