El objetivo del presente escrito será realizar un recorrido sobre el campo de la clínica donde las fronteras entre neurosis y psicosis parecieran no ser tan claras. Sin hacer foco en la cuestión diagnóstica, nos proponemos describir cuáles son las principales características de estos cuadros clínicos y recortaremos las dificultades que los mismos conllevan al momento de su abordaje. Para dicho objetivo, tendremos como eje la distinción freudiana entre neurosis de transferencia y neurosis narcisistas. Partiremos de allí, intentando dar cuenta de cuál es la condición para la posibilidad de instalación de la transferencia, y de este modo, poder pensar la variación de estos casos que hoy día nos interrogan como analistas y que encontramos entre los clásicos polos de la clínica estructural. Without focusing on the diagnostic question, we propose to describe what are the main characteristics of these clinical pictures and we will cut the difficulties that they entail at the time of their approach.
