A partir de las conclusiones a las que arribaron los autores en investigaciones anteriores respecto del lugar del testigo en las causas por crímenes de lesa humanidad durante la última dictadura cívico militar argentina -espacio en el que éste se ve obligado a adaptarse incómodamente a los tiempos y a las lógicas judicialesel presente trabajo se sostiene sobre la hipótesis de que el testimonio literario puede servir como vía suplementaria de subjetivación respecto de aquella lógica que habita al ámbito de la Justicia. Por este motivo resulta imprescindible indagar las vías alternativas al testimonio jurídico, con el objetivo de analizar allí las limitaciones y la potencia de aquel testimonio que no se encuentra encorsetado por la Justicia. En este contexto analizaremos la novela autobiográfica “Aparecida”, escrita y publicada por Marta Dillon en el año 2015, donde la escritora relata el llamado telefónico del Equipo Argentino de Antropología Forense -en el que anunciarían la aparición de los restos de su madre- y el ritual funerario tan esperado que siguió a este hallazgo. A POSSIBLE INTERPRETATION OF THE NOVEL “APARECIDA” In light of the conclussions made by the authors in previous investigations regarding the witness function in trials for crimes against humanity during the last civic and military dictatorship in Argentina -where he or she is obliged to uncomfortably adapt to the juridical times and logic- the present paper is based on a new hypothesis which sustains that the literary testimony may work as a supplementary way of elaboration. Therefore, an investigation around alternative ways of testifying becomes essential, in order to analyze the limitations, strength and potency of that testimony, which is not straitjacketed by the Justice department. In this context we will analyze the novel “Aparecida”, written by Marta Dillon in 2015, where the journalist, activist and writer describes the phone call from the Argentinian team of forensic anthropology -in which they announced the finding of her mother’s bones- and the long awaited funeral rite that followed this finding.
