El presente trabajo forma parte del proyecto de investigación CONTRIBUCIÓN DEL JUEGO EN LA INFANCIA PARA LA FORMACIÓN PSÍQUICA DE LA MEMORIA SIMBOLICA, Y SU RELACIÓN CON LO TRAUMÁTICO, DESDE UNA PERSPECTIVA PSICOANALITICA, el cual está enmarcado en el PROINPSI (2016-2018), dirigido por la Dra. Norma Bruner. Allí se realizar un recorrido para delimitar el concepto de memoria, hilo de la investigación desde 2011, a partir del psicoanálisis y en su articulación con las nociones del juego infantil y trauma psíquico (Bruner,Epstein,López, Peltrin 2016-2018). En continuación con estas nociones, en esta ocasión indagaré en relación al concepto de trauma psíquico con el propósito de realizar una articulación con la práctica del psicoanalista en una unidad de cuidados intensivos neonatales. Para dicho fin se conceptualizará lo traumático en dos acepciones: en tanto aquellas vivencias que ocasionen los afectos del horror, la angustia y el dolor psíquico, dependiendo, desde luego, de la sensibilidad de la persona afectada (Freud, 1895); y por otra parte en la vertiente teorizada por Lacan como el malentendido estructural, en tanto el hombre nace malentendido (Lacan, 1980). Para concluir se pensará la función del juego y el jugar en los primeros tiempos de constitución del cuerpo. NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNITE: THE BODY This work is part of the research project CONTRIBUTION OF THE GAME IN CHILDREN FOR THE PSYCHIC TRAINING OF SYMBOLIC MEMORY, AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TRAUMATIC, FROM A PSYCHOANALYTIC PERSPECTIVE, which is framed in the PROINPSI (2016-2018), directed by Dr. Norma Bruner. There will be a journey to define the concept of memory, thread of research since 2011, from psychoanalysis and its articulation with the notions of children’s play and psychic trauma (Bruner,Epstein,López, Peltrin, 2016-2018). In continuation with these notions, on this occasion I will investigate in relation to the concept of psychic trauma with the purpose of realizing an articulation with the practice of the psychoanalyst in a neonatal intensive care unit. For this purpose, the traumatic will be conceptualized in two meanings: as those experiences that cause the affects of horror, anguish and psychic pain, depending, of course, on the sensitivity of the affected person (Freud, 1895); and on the other hand in the aspect theorized by Lacan as the structural misunderstanding, while man is born misunderstood (Lacan,1980).
