En el presente trabajo situaremos a partir de una viñeta clínica las dificultades con las que se encontró la analista respecto a su lugar en la transferencia en el tratamiento de un caso de psicosis. Desplegaremos las maniobras transferenciales realizadas que operaron como intentos fallidos de correr al analista del lugar de Otro gozador.A pesar de lo difícil que resultó en este caso maniobrar con la transferencia, el hecho de sostener el tratamiento posibilitó cierto orden, “cierta ilusión del encuentro amoroso” y un acotamiento del delirio que quedaba circunscripto a las paredes del consultorio. Consideramos que el sostener la ilusión de, en palabras de la paciente, “esa esperanza que renuevo cada vez que vengo a tu consultorio”, es sostener algo del deseo de H de hacer lazo con el Otro. We will deploy the transference maneuvers carried out which operated as failed attempts to step aside the analyst from the place of Other enjoyment. Despite how difficult it was in this case to maneuver with the massiveness of the transference, the fact of sustaining the treatment made possible a certain order,“a certain illusion of the loving encounter” and a delimitation of delirium that was circumscribed to the walls of the consulting room.We consider that sustaining the illusion of, in the words of the patient, “that hope that I renew every time I come to see you”, is to sustain something of H ‘s desire to make a tie with the Other.
