En el presente trabajo indagaremos algunas referencias de Lacan a los pagos del analista, más específicamente en torno al pago con el juicio teleológico, conocido también como el juicio más íntimo. Nos detendremos a analizar ciertos momentos cruciales que tienen lugar en el desarrollo de una cura en los cuales se hace dificultoso reconocer ese pago. Agrupamos bajo esta categoría a la admisión de un paciente en un dispositivo, la derivación a una interconsulta psiquiátrica o internación, la convocatoria a un familiar del analizante, el juicio diagnóstico, la elaboración de la Historia Clínica, los finales del tratamiento, etc. La finalidad del texto será indagar si el pago se efectúa o se suspende en estas coyunturas, qué consecuencias pueden extraerse de ello y cómo reconciliar este accionar con la indicación lacaniana. Palabras clave Juicio - Ética - Desdoblamiento - Abstinencia ABSTRACT THE PAYMENT WITH THE MOST INTIMATE JUDGMENT IN THE ANALYSIS VICISSITUDES In the present work, we are going to explore some references made by Lacan to the analyst payments, more specifically related to the payment which involves the teleological judgment, also known as the most intimate judgment. We are going to analyze in detail certain crucial ways that have place in the development of a cure, in which it becomes difficult to reckon such payment. Thus, we group in this category the admission of a patient in a dispositive, the the derivation to a psychiatric interconsultation or hospitalization, the the call to a relative of the analysand, the diagnostic judgment, the elaboration of the Clinical History, the ends of the treatment, etc. The aim of the text implicates inquiring whether the payment is done or suspended in these conjunctures, which consequences can be extracted from it and how to reconcile this way of acting with the lacanian inditacion.
