El presente trabajo se desprende de las conclusiones a las que hemos arribado en el Proyecto de investigación UBACYT realizado entre los años 2014 y 2017, cuyo título es: La Sublimación y sus vicisitudes. En trabajos anteriores producidos por nosotros hemos estudiado algunos tipos de dificultades que pueden presentarse para un sujeto en su intento por tramitar el goce, interrogando las diferencias entre el acto, como forma creativa de producir una modificación de la posición subjetiva y sus diferencias con el pasaje al acto y el acting out. En ese camino nos encontramos entonces con la importancia que adquiere el sinthome como forma de anudamiento que sostiene al sujeto en sus diferencias con la sublimación. Se trataría de una función que permite la regulación del goce a partir del ordenamiento de la relación entre los registros más allá de la estructura subjetiva. Así determinamos que la sublimación estaría en relación a la falta y el sinthome a los campos de goce. Exponemos en este escrito los recorridos que nos llevan a ubicar a la sublimación como un acto y nos permiten identificar sus diferencias con el sinthome en el tratamiento del goce que le es posible al sujeto. Palabras clave Acto - Sublimación - Sinthome - Goce ABSTRACT SUBLIMATION AND SINTHOME: THE DIFFERENCES This paper is based upon conclusions reached on The Research Project UBACYT between 2014 and 2017, called Sublimation and Its Vicissitudes. On some of our previous papers, we have dealt with some kind of difficulties which a subject may cope with, in his attempt for processing the jouissance by questioning the differences between the act as creative form of producing a change of the subjective position as well as the differences with the enactment and the acting out On the same path, we then found the importance the sinthome gained as a way of knot, sustaining the subject in their differences with sublimation. It is a function which enables the joissance regulation based upon the order of the relationship between the registers beyond the subjective structure. Thus, we determine that sublimation would be in relationship with Lack and sinthome in relationship with the fields of jouissance. On this paper we expose the way which led us into placing sublimation as an act and by which allowed us identifying its differences with the sinthome in the jouissance treatment possible for the subject.
