Los juicios del analizante y del analista ocupan diferente lugar en el dispositivo analítico. En nuestra investigación planteamos que existe una actividad judicativa permanente del analizante que se señala en su propio decir y en contrapartida para que haya análisis es necesario la suspensión del juicio por parte del analista. Reflexionaremos sobre qué significa que el analista debe pagar con “su juicio más íntimo”, es decir abandonar sus prejuicios, ideales, pasiones, dejar su lugar de sujeto, dando lugar al deseo del analista. Nuestra hipótesis: La contratransferencia es una de las caras de la imposibilidad de alcanzar el pleno ejercicio de la función deseo del analista. Cuando falla la función deseo del analista emerge la contratransferencia. In our investigation we propose that there is a permanent judiciary activity of the analysand that is indicated in its own words and in counterpart for there to be analysis, it is necessary to suspend the judgment by the analyst.
