La definición lacaniana de la transferencia negativa como nudo inaugural del drama analítico permite pensar algunos interrogantes que surgen en la clínica sobre la transferencia negativa. La transferencia negativa aparece ligada por una parte a la dimensión fantasmática, ya sea al fantasma del analista que queda en posición de sugestionador o al fantasma del paciente cuando un real no se ofrece a lo simbólico. ¿Puede pensarse entonces a la transferencia negativa como el revés del sujeto supuesto saber? ¿El cancelamiento de la represión, inherente al método analítico, puede generar el fantasma hostil del paciente, culpando por esto al analista? ¿Es éste el drama analítico? ¿Es nudo inaugural, entonces, porque actualiza el nudo inaugural de la neurosis? Y también; ¿es positivo hablar en la clínica actual de transferencia negativa? En esta época signada por la búsqueda de resultados rápidos; ¿funciona hablar de lo que no funciona? Lo que se pone en acto en la transferencia negativa de la alienación y la separación; ¿puede ser un instrumento para interrogar aquellas presentaciones clínicas que proliferan en la actualidad, dónde el diagnóstico de neurosis es dudoso y que se caracterizan por un marcado rechazo del inconciente? The negative transference is linked, on the one hand, to the phantasmatic dimension, either to the phantom of the analyst who remains in the position of suggestor or to the ghost of the patient when a real is not offered to the symbolic. Could we think then that the negative transference is the reverse of the supposed subject? Does the cancellation of repression, inherent to the analytical method, generate the patient’s hostile ghost, blaming the analyst for this? Is this the analitic drama? Is it an inaugural knot, then, because it updates the inaugural knot of neurosis? And also, it is positive to talk about negative transference in the current clinic? In this era marked by the search for quick results; Does talking about what does not work work? What is put into effect in the negative transference of alienation and separation; Can it be an instrument to interrogate those clinical presentations that proliferate today, where the diagnosis of neurosis is doubtful and characterized by a marked rejection of the unconscious?
