El trabajo aborda el aporte de la fenomenología para una mejor comprensión entre psicología neurociencia. Se trata de un abordaje teórico orientado tanto al análisis conceptual del tema como al desarrollo de un conjunto de directrices heurísticas para optimizar el trabajo empírico del programa de investigación de psicología y neurociencia. Al inicio, se repasan la tradición fenomenológica de Husserl, la crítica de Wittgenstein a la existencia de un lenguaje privado y las tesis de Brentano y Searle sobre la intencionalidad. Se procede también a un análisis crítico del materialismo eliminativo de Paul y Patricia Churchland para, en contraposición, argumentar a favor del significado de la neurofenomenología, tal como ésta aparece en las obras de Francisco Varela y de Bennett y Hacker. Luego de revisar la idea de lenguajes en primera y tercera persona para el abordaje de lo mental, así como de sus tensiones emergentes, se propone la tesis general del trabajo. Esto es: “El análisis fenomenológico constituye una de las dos rutas principales hacia el desarrollo de la neurociencia, tanto a nivel heurístico como a nivel de la contrastación empírica de hipótesis psico-neurales. Se finaliza bosquejando un conjunto de doce directrices heurísticas que operacionalizan la tesis principal. Palabras clave Neurofenomenología - Neurofilosofía - Neurociencia - Psicología - Fenomenología ABSTRACT PHENOMENOLOGY AS A THEORETICAL BRIDGE BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGY AND NEUROSCIENCE The work approaches the contribution of phenomenology for a better understanding between neuroscience psychology. It is a theoretical approach aimed at both the conceptual analysis of the subject and the development of a set of heuristic guidelines to optimize the empirical work of the research program in psychology and neuroscience. At the beginning, they review the phenomenological tradition of Husserl, Wittgenstein’s critique of the existence of a private language and Brentano and Searle’s thesis on intentionality. We proceed also to a critical analysis of the eliminative materialism of Paul and Patricia Churchland to, in contrast, argue in favor of the meaning of neurophenomenology, as it appears in the works of Francisco Varela and Bennett and Hacker. After reviewing the idea of languages in the first and third person for the approach of the mental, as well as their emerging tensions, the general thesis of the work is proposed. This is: “The phenomenological analysis constitutes one of the two main routes towards the development of neuroscience, both at the heuristic level and at the level of the empirical testing of psycho-neural hypotheses.
